Biography
Dr. Charlton Wilson is an independent healthcare consultant helping organizations thrive and improve the health of the communities they serve. He is a Transformational Fellow at the NARBHA Institute, a Professor of Practice at ASU College of Health Solutions, and a Clinical Assistant Professor at the UA College of Medicine-Phoenix. He served as a Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Health Policy Fellow in the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Energy and Commerce, as the Chief Medical Officer of Mercy Care, a non-profit health plan serving Medicaid and Dual-eligible beneficiaries, and as a Commissioned Officer with the U.S. Public Health Service, providing clinical care, hospital, and program leadership. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and a Fellow of the American College of Physicians and the American College of Healthcare Executives.
